Regional sporting goods retailer Scheels gains powerful POS solution for expanded customer service

BTM Global led the cloud implementation of Xstore, which involved vital modifications that differentiate the capabilities and service that SCHEELS provides to their customers – over a period of just five months. With Oracle Retail Xstore, SCHEELS gains a platform for modern customer experience built on industry-standard processes and capabilities that extend beyond a loyalty program and catapult the retailer into better customer engagement.
