What are your responsibilities at BTM?
At BTM, I’ve participated in numerous projects over the years. Initially, I implemented designs created by others. However, as I gained experience through various projects, I developed the skills to design them myself. In my current role, my team and I deliver top-notch solutions for both projects and clients. Additionally, I actively share strategies for resolving complex issues with my team.
What made you want to join the BTM Global team?
I don’t recall why I initially joined BTM, but now I know why I can’t imagine leaving. BTM offers an excellent environment, with access to new technologies, supportive colleagues, and great policies. Here, I can learn new techniques, apply them in practice, and always strive to deliver the best for our clients. My colleagues are always there to support me whenever I need it.
What excites you about your work?
Nature and techniques. In the past, I studied selection algorithms inspired by ant communication. Now, I observe and apply nature’s methods to solve technical problems.
What do you wish others in the industry knew about BTM?
BTM is like a second family. Here, we support each other to become better, creating a happy environment for everyone. When all members are happy, we have the energy to improve processes, increase productivity, and reduce risks, ensuring our clients are always satisfied.
What keeps you interested in this industry?
The retail industry evolves daily, making it difficult to predict what tomorrow will bring. This constant change presents numerous challenges and problems. I believe that applying techniques can help resolve these issues, and there’s always more to learn.
Tell us about your life outside of work.
After work, I spend time playing with my children and exploring new places. Additionally, I volunteer with Kids Promise to support other children.
