What are your responsibilities at the company?
As Sales Manager, I lead efforts to identify and secure new business opportunities to support the BTM VN’s growth in Vietnam and other Asian markets.
My responsibilities include identifying potential clients, understanding their business goals and strategies, and driving successful deal closures. I also oversee the development and execution of sales plans, directing our company’s sales activities to ensure we meet or exceed our targets.
What made you want to join the team?
I was impressed by the company’s reputation, professional working environment, and supportive leadership team. I wanted to be part of a place where I could grow, contribute my experience, and work with talented colleagues toward shared goals.
What excites you about your work?
I enjoy the friendly and collaborative atmosphere with my colleagues and the kindness of our management team. The role allows me to build valuable relationships with clients and partners while continuously challenging myself and demonstrating my capabilities. The company’s good benefits and positive culture also make every day rewarding.
What do you wish others in the industry knew about the company?
I wish more people knew about BTM ’s strong commitment to quality, our reliable and stable resources, and the high level of trust we’ve earned as a top Oracle/NetSuite partner worldwide.
What keeps you interested in this industry?
The opportunities and challenges in this industry constantly inspire me. Every project is different, allowing me to learn, grow, and adapt while helping clients achieve real transformation.
Why did you decide to join the company?
It was the right opportunity at the right time. After returning from maternity leave in 2021, I was looking for a good environment where I could balance work and family while continuing to develop my career — and this company was a perfect fit.
Tell us about your life outside of work.
Outside of work, I’m a busy mother who enjoys spending quality time with my family. I like doing yoga, going on short road trips, swimming, and participating in charity activities with Kids Promise.
