What are your responsibilities at BTM? As BTM’s Oracle NetSuite VN Practice Manager, my responsibilities revolve around leading and building a high-quality team within the premier NetSuite services. This includes driving customer success and retention, leading to top-line growth, client referenceability, and profitability. I am tasked with evaluating, estimating, and planning projects and coordinating, monitoring, and supervising them to ensure successful completion within budget, deadlines, and quality criteria. I’m also heavily involved in developing Marketing and Sales.
What made you want to join the BTM Global team? I was interested in BTM’s reputation as a leader in providing Oracle NetSuite ERP, its commitment to excellence in service delivery, and its focus on fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. The opportunity to work with a talented team, drive customer success, and contribute to the organization’s growth and success was highly appealing.

What excites you about your work? My work is an opportunity to lead and build a high-performing team, drive customer success, and contribute to BTM’s growth and profitability in the VN market. I find fulfillment in overcoming challenges, delivering successful projects, and positively impacting clients’ businesses.
What do you wish others in the industry knew about BTM? I wish others in the industry knew about BTM’s dedication to delivering top-notch Oracle NetSuite ERP for Vietnamese companies, its strong focus on customer success and satisfaction, and its commitment to innovation and continuous improvement. What keeps you interested in this industry? The dynamic nature of the technology industry and the continuous evolution of software solutions keep me engaged and interested. I enjoy staying updated on the latest trends, advancements, and best practices in ERP solutions and the opportunity to work with diverse clients and tackle new challenges.
Tell us about your life outside of work. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, pursuing hobbies such as reading, and staying active in my community. I believe in maintaining a healthy work-life balance and making time for activities that bring joy and fulfillment to my life.
