Meet the Team: Kaitlyn Pellicci, Business Analyst

What are your responsibilities at BTM?
As a Business Analyst at BTM, I meet with clients to gather information, create documentation with requirements for proposed solutions, and test solutions to ensure that requirements are met. I work with our onshore Functional, Technical, and Delivery Management teams, as well as our offshore Development teams, to ensure alignment across our teams and provide the proper solution to clients that will best suit their needs.
What made you want to join the BTM Global team?
I joined BTM Global fresh out of college, and when I was looking for a role, the company and its values were of utmost importance to me. During my initial conversations with BTM, I could tell that they were a “family” of sorts, and I wanted to be a part of a company that supports people to be their best.
BTM propels employees to pursue what they are interested in and pushes everyone to succeed. I found that BTM Global had strong ties to volunteering, a culture for excellence, flexibility for a robust life outside of work, and a drive to do the best for clients. These qualities moved me to decide to join the team at BTM Global, and I haven’t looked back since!
What excites you about your work?
I love learning about clients in various retail spaces and what their specific needs are based on the products they sell and the customers they serve. It’s interesting to see different requirements for our wide variety of clients and to help determine a solution that best fits their needs. I’m learning something new every day!
What do you wish others in the industry knew about BTM?
BTM truly looks to provide clients with the best possible solution, not simply the easiest or quickest fix. We want to provide long-term solutions to make our clients the most successful!
What keeps you interested in this industry?
Due to BTM’s wide variety of clients across industries, it can feel like I am working in a new industry with every new client I work with. I learn about their unique business needs and determine the best approach to meet their requirements.
Tell us about your life outside of work.
Outside of work, I love walking around the Minneapolis lakes, trying new restaurants in the area, traveling with my friends and family, playing recreational sports with friends, seeing musicals with family, and reading a new book. I keep myself very busy outside of work and love to be out and about! I have a robust community in Minnesota and love staying connected with my people!
