BTM Global Vietnam to Implement Oracle NetSuite’s E-Commerce Solution for Citicom
In March 2021, BTM Global Vietnam signed an agreement with Citicom Commercial JSC, a leading industrial steel supplier and processor, to implement the Oracle NetSuite e-commerce solution, SuiteCommerce Advanced (SCA). Citicom who is a long time Oracle NetSuite ERP customer, has selected SCA to power its online business in Vietnam.

The Oracle NetSuite SCA solution will help Citicom seamlessly integrate every level of its multi-channel business on a single, unified platform. Citicom will be able to produce product quotes, manage orders and inventory , provide financial reports and efficiently manage marketing and customer service.
BTM will lead all aspects of the implementation, including the customization of key business processes required to run Citicom’s steel business. This will support Citicom customers by giving them quick access to product quotes and the ability to meet other requirements, with just a few clicks.
